A tid-bit on Coloidial Silver; natural antibiotic and "wonder drug"

Benefits (helps fight):

  • acne
  • colds
  • burns
  • infections
  • warts
  • wounds
  • a lot more- do some research/ ask a professional.

(Can be used internally and topically!)

I’m not a doctor. I’m not a naturopath, I’m not a physician in any way. I’m a patient, I’m an everyday person, and I’m a student. I’m a healthy eater, and I exercise regularly. I take all of my vitamins, and I wash my hands before eating or touching my face.

Despite my healthy habits, I’ve suffered from countless infections, including, ear, (chronic) sinus, (chronic) bladder and H.Pylori (all within a six month time frame, at one point). As any concerned patient would do, I went to my family doctor when anything wrong happened. And like any educated physician, she prescribed be with antibiotics.

Here’s a little info on antibiotics that I discovered during my sick time- antibiotics kill everything in your body, that is to say bacteria (good and bad). The body needs an X amount of good bacteria (Flora) in order to function properly and help fight off other sickness. When you take antibiotics, its super important, first of all, to replace the good bacteria that you’ve lost (probiotics; acidophilus and bifidus). If you dont replace those bacteria, your body is vulnerable to more infection.

This is exactly what happened to me- first I was diagnosed with H.Pylori; a bacteria in the stomach that is related to peptic, gastric, etc. ulcers, and even stomach cancer. Fortunately for me, I was not diagnosed with stomach cancer, however the pain was still immense and something needed to be done. I was put on an extremely strong dosage of antibiotics. These antibiotics, being as strong as they were, left me (although “cured” of H.Pylori), incredibly susceptible to more infection. At this point in time, I did (I still do) have a gastric ulcer, and I was getting chronic bladder infections. I was put on more antibiotics. Bladder infections led (somehow) to ear infections, and then to sinus infections and back to bladder infections. Needless to say I was in bad shape and I wasn’t getting better with the antibiotics. In desperation I went to a homeopathic doctor who did get me on the right track. She mentioned Coloidial Silver as a replacement for antibiotics- it’s natural with no known side effects.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this stuff is. Granted it is still medication and needs to be treated as such, but when used properly (meaning read the instructions) it’s a goddamn miracle drug. I haven’t had an ear or bladder infection in little under a year (which is actually a good thing, especially since I was getting them quite frequently). I have had sinus infections, due to allergies, but after trying antibiotics again, using a neti-pot (google it if you don’t know) and some hot pepper sinus spray (yes, that’s a thing), I resorted to the Coloidial Silver. Within five days my sinuses were clear, and I haven’t had another infection since.

I’m not saying that Coloidial Silver is for everyone; not even slightly. What I am saying is that you need to listen to your body, and if you know that something isn’t working for you, try something else (be smart about it- ask a professional); Coloidial Silver worked miracles for me, and it is another option. I’m currently trying to use it as a way to treat my ulcer.

If you’re interested in reading up on it, or wondering where I got my information, here’s one of the websites I came across (most of my info was retrieved, as I mentioned before, from my doctor)
